This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard, due to the non-compliances listed below.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.

Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations

  • All of the carousel items have an aria role conflict. This fails WCAG 1.3.1 Info and Relationships (A), and 4.1.2 Name, Role, Value (A).

This function is set by the third-party carousel tool. We will investigate alternative carousel options.

  • Some PDFs on the commercial property and workspace property searches aren't accessible. This data is sourced from third parties where we do not have control over the formatting of the PDFs.
  • Most of the images on the commercial property and workspace property search results do not have alt text supplied. This data is sourced from third parties where we do not have control over image alt text descriptions.
  • Some of the website images do not have alt text, we will aim to address this by the end of June 2024.
  • Some webpages with embedded maps are not fully accessible as the maps are powered by a third party tool.

If you find an issue that we have yet to identify, please contact us using one of the routes described in the ‘Reporting accessibility problems with this website’ section of this statement.
